Refund policy

At Vintage&Iconic, each product is custom-made to order, which means all items are unique and crafted specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or design was ordered, or if you change your mind after purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund. To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item.
  • If multiple items are affected, a single photo (or video) showing all the affected products in one frame.

How to Report an Issue

To report an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at vintage.aae@gmail.com or use the “Submit an Issue” form on our website.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  3. Once approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method or as store credit. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account after processing. If your billing currency is not USD, the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.
